1. Grounds for Refund

• Inability to publish material in the stated media outlets from the selected package
• Actual publications not matching the declared service package

2. Application Timeframe

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of payment
• Supporting documentation is required for request consideration

3. Refund Procedure

• Contact customer support through official communication channels
• Provide order number and detailed description of the issue
• Request review within 5-7 business days
• Refund processing within 14 business days after request approval

4. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment:

• Bank transfer

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• Material does not comply with the editorial policy of selected media outlets
• Content contains prohibited or false information

• Service cancellation after successful publication

In case of partial service completion, refunds are calculated proportionally:

• With publication in 50% of stated media outlets — 50% refund
• With publication in less than 25% of media outlets — 75% refund
