Refund Policy

PRHITS.COM coordinates placement orders, including PayPal payment, editorial requirements, and publication proof.

Single placement: if the outlet does not publish within 5 business days after its stated turnaround (counted from your text approval), we refund the amount you paid for that placement. Package: if one outlet in the package does not publish within that time, we offer a comparable outlet (topic, audience, format and traffic range) at no extra cost and replace it once you approve. If no comparable outlet is available or you do not approve one, we refund that outlet's share of the amount you paid.

Refunds do not apply to placements that were published as agreed. Refunds are sent through PayPal to the original payment method.

How payment and placement protection works

  1. You request a placement or submit an order brief.
  2. Availability, timing, format, and final price are confirmed with the outlet.
  3. You pay through PayPal when you approve the PayPal order.
  4. After publication, the live URL is attached to the order as proof.
  5. If a single placement is not published in time, you get your money back. Inside a package, we replace the outlet with a comparable one you approve; if none is available, we refund its share.

PRHITS.COM is not describing a licensed escrow product. PayPal is the payment processor.

Payments from individuals are received by Maksim Burmatov, a private individual in Vietnam. This is the payee name you see in PayPal.
