付款和发布流程

您申请投放订单或提交订单简报。
我们会与媒体确认可发布性、时间、格式和最终价格。
当您确认PayPal订单时，即可通过PayPal付款。
发布后，会将有效URL附加到订单中作为证明。
If a single placement is not published in time, you get your money back. Inside a package, we replace the outlet with a comparable one you approve; if none is available, we refund its share.
